Delivery Policy Within New Zealand

Patches and Pins/Badges are dispatched via New Zealand Post Standard Mail.

All larger packages that are shipped within New Zealand, are sent Tracked, via Courier and are handled by CourierPost.  On dispatch we will email your tracking number and a link to track your package.

We aim to dispatch your purchases same day, as long as your order and payment is received by 12.00pm, this is the cut off for orders due to courier and freight Pick Up.

During weekends and public holidays we do not ship; we will ship on the first available business day.

Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via email during operating hours. We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address unless it was our fault.

With all losses and damages we will assist with all claims.

International Shipping


Patches and Pins/Badges are dispatched via International Air Letter Rate.

All larger packages are shipped International Courier with Tracking and Signature Required only.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the product purchase price only. Shipping fees will not be refunded if you change your mind.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and by Law include 15% G.S.T. (Government Sales Tax) International Customers, the GST is removed on completion that the time of Check Out
