Delivery Policy within New Zealand

All packages that are shipped within New Zealand are sent via Courier and are handled by CourierPost. As we ship overseas as well and NZ, some times our postage calculator will make a mistake with the value of postage charged.  If this happens we will refund any postage that has been over charged

Patches and Badges are dispatched via New Zealand Post

We aim to dispatch your purchases same day, as long as payment is received by 2.00pm, this is the cut off for orders due to courier and freight services.

During weekends and public holidays we do not ship; we will ship on the first business day.

Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via email during operating hours. We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address unless it was our fault. With all losses and damages we will assist with all claims.

International Shipping

We ship WORLDWIDE. All packages are shipped International Air only.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the product purchase price only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
